FAQ's

Once you have completed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. We will then be working hard to get your order picked and packed and sent out to you as soon as posible, this usually takes 1 - 2 business days

Once your has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notifying you of this with a tracking number and link to view the current status of your delivery.
Please note it can take 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

We ship from multiple locations, you can find out where an item ships from and the estimated shipping time on the individual product pages.

US Customers
We currently ship from within the US and from overseas,
Items shipped within the US typically take 2 - 5 business days to arrive once dispatched.
Items shipped from overseas typically take 5 - 10 business days, however due to the pandemic with some overseas borders being closed we are experiencing delays of around 2 - 3 business days.

International Customers
We are not currently shipping to international customers.

We accept most major credit/debit cards such as American express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners club etc, we also accept Google pay, Apple pay and Shop pay.

When you place an order, standard pre-authorization checks are made to make sure there’s sufficient funds available on the card. Your payment provider may also require you to authorize the payment.

If there are sufficient funds and payment is authorized, your payment method will usually be charged automatically on completion of checkout.

We want you to be happy with your experience on Fashion For Her so we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

There are some categories that are not eligible for return, please check our returns policy for more information.

We will usually process your refund as quickly as possible but we do ask you to allow 3 - 5 business days.

Once we have processed your refund, depending on your payment provider it can take an additional 5 - 10 working days to show up on your statement.

If you haven't recieved your refund after 15 business days please contact us either by email support@fashionforher.online or via our Contact Us page and we will look into it.

If you have received a shipping confirmation email from us, this means that we will unfortunately be unable to make any changes to your order at this point.

We can still sort this for you as we offer a 14 day return policy. Once you've received your order, you can refuse it upon delivery or post it back for a refund.

If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email from us, we may still be able to cancel your order. Please get in touch as soon as possible either by email support@fashionforher.online or via our Contact Us page.

We are really sorry if your card has been used fraudulently on our site. Please trust we will do everything we can to help you out with this.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details within 24 hours. If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your junk folder.

Please include the following information:
Your order details: full name and email address
Your shipping address
The last 4 digits of the card used to place your order

We will then be able to investigate this further.

All parcels are checked before being dispatched, so we are truly sorry if we have made a mistake with yours.

Please double check your emails in case we have notified you that we were unable to fulfil part of your order.

It should also be noted that we do ship from multiple locations and it may just be that part of your order is arriving seperately.

In this case we send out seperate shipping confirmations for each part of your order, please check your email/junk folder.
