Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your experience on Fashion For Her so we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.

You’ll need to pay for any shipping fees for your return, and we strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, and we cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Where to send your return
As we are an international business, where you send your return will depend on your country of residence or where your item was delivered if different, if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to start a return on the unwanted item, if accepted, send us proof the item is on it's way back to us, (we may also require photo evidence the item is in it's original condition with tags). Make a separate purchase for the new item and we will ship out your exchange in 2 - 3 business days (Subject to Availability).

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at with your order number and the correct information as soon as possible.
